From April, the company will design the HTML content, undertake campaign planning and development, data consultancy and buying, and track and report on success rates.
The group says its new service will benefit companies that in the past would have had to hire a creative agency, data consultant and use a company to track and report on its email activity.
Lindsay Johnson, managing director at Avongate, said: "We already offer a one-stop integrated data service from data consultancy through to data bureau services for our clients, and with many years of e-marketing expertise, launching an integrated e-marketing service to our clients makes perfect sense."
The group has recently launched an internet-based data management tool called Genus to help cut costs and eliminate the use of data bureaus.
Avongate manages lists for blue-chip clients such as Goldshield, Health and Comfort, Nutrihealth, Ipoints, 50 Connect and the Windsor Group.
