The ad continues the tradition of featuring real Autoglass staff. This time technician Gavin tries his hand at stand-up comedy, and realises he should probably stick to his day job.
The ad, created by Tellyville, will launch as a bumper campaign on 5 Star, the revamped Fiver channel, during 'Laughternoons' between 4pm to 6pm.
The agency was appointed to Autoglass' ad account in January, replacing the Breakfast agency, which will continue to work on the brand's digital business.
The "Autoglass repair, Autoglass replace" jingle will return in future ads.
Tellyville's Ben Fairman was the creative director on the ad and media planning and buying account was handled by Starcom.
