The new materials focus on the authority's latest vision, values, key strategic themes and 'ten high impact changes', which are all aimed at giving patients the best possible care.
The materials have been designed to be lively and easy to use, to help the authority communicate its messages.
The materials will be given out to directors of nursing, allied health professionals, chief executives and the universities who train nurses.
Nurses will also be encouraged to use the cards to help make them feel they are an essential part of delivering changes.
Lin Dickens, managing director of Aricot Vert, said: "We needed to get the immediate attention of busy NHS leaders so that they felt instantly engage by the materials and inspired and enabled to communicate the messages on to their staff."
