The group has been appointed to help increase customer satisfaction and sales of Twinings products, which in 2003 accounted for 52% of premium teas drunk outside the home.
The design agency will be creating new literature to promote Twining's extensive portfolio, including Twinings Speciality Teas, Infusions, Iced Tea, Options and Ovaltine.
Twinings is acting upon the rapid market growth of speciality teas and infusions over the last few years, which have inevitably led to increased competitor activity.
The new literature will be available for use by the sales force in May 2005.
