English, , will be talking about her new business, her experiences on the BBC One show, women in the event industry and her own career as part of the expo, which takes place at Vinopolis on 1 October.
She will be speaking twice as part of the event - at 9.30am and 11am - and will be taking questions from attendees afterwards.
Moya Maxwell, UVL chairman and head of commercial programming at the Royal Opera House, said: "We are delighted to be welcoming Stella English to our fifth annual expo. It will be hugely exciting to hear her perspective on the ever-changing event industry and what her plans are, and we think it reflects perfectly the calibre of our expo".
Other highlights of the expo include the UVL event doctors, who will be talking to visitors about their event challenges and will make appropriate venue recommendations. Flowers will be provided by Lavender Green while Rhubarb will be catering for the event.
Following the morning expo, a familiarisation trip will depart from Vinopolis so that guests can take in other UVL venues.
Attendees at UVL's 2012 expo, which took place at Somerset House, Embankment Galleries, were able to enjoy tours of the venue as well as a talk from Richard Dodgson, creative director for Time Based Events, who spoke of the Olympic legacy in London and highlighted how the programme of events over the summer paved the way for other UK events.
