The show, in which Marco Pierre White gave the former 'Blue Peter' presenter her marching orders because she had shown "no growth", attracted a 28.9% share of the 9pm-10pm audience.
Pierre White said: "You're exactly the same as the day you arrived. There's no growth and that's why you're sacked."
Turner's departure leaves Adrian Edmonson, Niomi McLean-Daley, Danielle Bux and Linda Evans left to battle it out for the top prize, as viewers now take control of the voting process and decide who goes.

Channel 4 documentary 'Kimberley: Young Mum 10 Years On' caught up with a woman from a tough background who became pregnant at the age of 15. It scored 1.9m viewers and a 13.1% share of the audience, including Channel 4+1 figures.
