As part of the sponsorship, brands will be able to name their own World Cup cask ale, which will be served in all Yates's 70 venues across the UK, in branded pint glasses.
Over the five weeks of the football tournament in South Africa, the sponsorship can include beer mats, drinks holders, branded information and branded glasses in all of Town & City Pub Company's 140 venues and can be maximised by offering free pints through their websites.
Adam Mills, managing director of Admedia, said by offering free pints, Admedia could offer something "truly unique that will bring the punters in to our venues" and allow brands to get "into the spirit of the competition by interacting with millions of customers who will be watching the game".
Admedia specialises in ad sites in washrooms and its bars, pubs and clubs division has more than 5,100 panels in throughout the UK. As Admedia's bar and pub partners will show the England World Cup games throughout the competition, Mills said Admedia washroom panels were "the place to advertise during this busy period".
The Town & City Pub Company owns the Yates's, Litten Tree and Hogshead chains, and an Admedia spokesman said all would feature giant match screens and offer access to thousands of football fans every week.
Admedia secured the ongoing contracts to be the sole provider of washroom advertising in Bay Restaurant Group and Town & City Pub Company in July.
