The Italian Series A has signed an agreement with a host of UK retailers and brands, including Halfords, Superdrug, CineWorld, JJB Sports and eBay.co.uk
The programme will allow users to gain points that they can redeem on AC Milan club merchandise and shirts.
Rewards, which devised the programme, said the cardless scheme would allow participants to automatically collect points every time they made a transaction with a securely registered credit or debit card that has been signed up to the scheme's personalised online account system.
Gavin Dein, chief executive officer at Reward, said: "With football becoming more and more expensive, clubs need to find ways to make it affordable for supporters.
"By introducing a passion based loyalty programme, AC Milan is providing an easy way for supporters to pay for their passion while enabling retailers to drive sales and increase footfall."
