Carson, who will join Green Rewards next month, is currently a business unit leader and associate marketing director at Procter & Gamble across the company's Gillette, Braun and Duracell brands in southern central Europe.
He joined Gillette in 2000 before it was acquired by P&G, and is credited with extensive experience in working with FMCG brands.
, which describes itself as the UK's first all-green loyalty programme, said Carson's joining would be in time for the company's consumer launch in late spring.
His arrival follows the appointment of Andrew Seth as chairman from Unilever earlier this year.

Last month, Green Rewards unveiled plans to support its late spring launch with a direct campaign spanning press and online ads, created by Spirit Advertising.
