WWAV Leeds brings planning in-house with Campbell

LONDON - WWAV Rapp Collins Leeds has established its own data planning department and appointed Andrew Campbell as planning director.

The agency previously called on the resources of Zalpha, the WWAV group's consumer insight division prior to launching its own operation.

Campbell was behind the successful launch four years ago of Identex North. Identex is WWAV group's database and software specialist and the northern division has close links with WWAV Rapp Collins Leeds.

Helen Simpson, managing director of WWAV Rapp Collins Leeds, said: "I am delighted that Andrew has decided to move back into the agency world and he is already actively engaged with most of our key clients in a data planning capacity."

Before setting up Identex North, Campbell was planning director at JDA for four years and has also worked client side for HSBC and Allied Dunbar.

The agency also expects to appoint a brand planner in the near future.
