For the first time, classical ballet and immersive theatre will come together, giving the audience the opportunity to explore Tchaikovksy’s famous work in a 360-degree immersive environment and interact directly with the story and the characters.

Having been described by Tuckett as "a completely fresh approach to classical ballet", the experience will feature more than 40 performers, classical dancers and musicians, and Chroma Ensemble, whose previous work includes Wind in the Willows, playing in each performance.

The cast includes Adam Cooper, who danced in Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake, English National Ballet soloist Max Westwell and Daniela Norman, who has also danced in Swan Lake. The ballet will run from 30 November 2016 until 8 January 2017.
