The government has completed its revamped communications services roster. ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 exclusively revealed the full list of agencies earlier this week.

Separately, the Department for Work and Pensions has appointed MEC to handle its estimated £10m media planning business after a competitive pitch. The government department previously appointed a different agency for each of its campaigns.

Vizeum has retained Ikea's UK media account after fending off competition from MediaCom and MEC. It follows the furniture giant's global media business being awarded to Group M and Dentsu Aegis Network agencies in July.

Mission Foods in Europe has handed its creative account to Creature of London and media to VCCP Media after a competitive pitch process run by AAR. The Mexican wraps and flatbreads company formerly worked with Quiet Storm for creative and Blue 449 for media.

The Financial Conduct Authority has appointed M&C Saatchi and Manning Gottlieb OMD as its respective creative and media agencies for a £42m campaign reminding customers to claim compensation for mis-sold Payment Protection Insurance.

Grolsch has appointed Wunderman Amsterdam as its global digital agency as the brand looks to expand into international markets. Grolsch previously worked with Nation.

Jurys Inn, the budget hotels chain, has appointed Havas London as its lead ad agency following a competitive pitch process against three other agencies. The process was handled by Agency Insight, and there was no incumbent on the account.

The Big Issue has appointed FCB Inferno as its lead creative agency on a two-year contract without a pitch. The creative agency had worked with the homeless street newspaper on its "Change please" campaign". Saatchi & Saatchi previously worked with The Big Issue on a pro bono basis.

Independent cinema chain Everyman has appointed DCM as its commercial partner, with the cinema advertising market leader taking over from Pearl & Dean from next week.

Historic Royal Palaces, the independent charity that looks after the Tower of London and Hampton Court Palace, has appointed Arthur London as its lead ad agency. The charity previously worked with The Corner.

Saga, the over-50s insurance specialist, has appointed Havas Helia to work on its customer engagement strategy.

Three has renewed its events contract with Brand & Deliver for a twelve-month period, following a two-year deal in which the agency created a series of show stopping internal and retail events.

LQ, the liquid health supplements brand owned by Nutraformis, has appointed newly-formed agency HMS16 to create a brand platform and communications campaign. There is no incumbent.

Licensed Trade Charity has appointed Mercieca to handle a new integrated campaign designed to improve awareness of its charity services, after a competitive pitch.

The campaign will include consumer and pub trade PR, advertising, social media and digital. LTC has previously worked with a number of agencies on an ad hoc basis so there is no incumbent retained agency.
