The AA has appointed Carat to handle its UK media planning and buying after a competitive pitch. The account moves from Starcom.

Starcom has won Visa's media account across Europe, consolidating the business it has with the bank card and payment processing giant in the rest of the world. MEC, the incumbent, and Starcom took part in a review.

Lucky Generals has won Tennent’s lager and Bulmers Irish Cider, both owned by C&C Group. The agency will work with interim chief marketing officer Gav Thompson, a Lucky Generals client while at Paddy Power.

Nando's has appointed content marketing agency Adjust Your Set, as the restaurant chain looks to become a brand publisher.

Hovis has appointed experiential agency Hot Pickle to front activity for 2017 with experiential at the core. There is no incumbent. 

McCann London has been appointed by the Danish jewellery brand, Pandora, to develop a global advertising campaign for spring/summer 2017. The brand chose Grey New York as its lead agency in the Americas last year.

Rezidor Hotels has appointed UM Manchester to work on media planning and buying for the Park Inn and Radisson Blu brands. 

Roche Bobois, the luxury French furniture brand, has appointed Maxus to handle its digital performance in the UK. There is no incumbent.
