Porky’s BBQ recently raised more than £112k through Crowdcube.com, while Saracens rugby players, Alistair Hargreaves and Chris Wyles, the founders of Wildman Craft Beer, have invested for their part of the business and have also become drinks partners after introducing their Wolfpack lager brand to the restaurant owners.
Porky’s is a Memphis BBQ restaurant featuring low and slow cooked pork, with five restaurants in key parts of London.
