The 350-metre-long ice track will run in an oval shape around the pitch and will accommodate up to 700 skaters per hour.
ICExperience is to run from 11 December to 3 January and will incorporate a range of other activities, from training sessions to guided tours of the England changing rooms.
The track will be available to hire out for corporate events, subject to availability and negotiation around other events.
Jackie Boughton, head of sales at Wembley Stadium's catering partner Delaware North Companies, said: "Every new facility offers the chance to excite and interest potential clients – the ice track goes that little bit further."
