Weekender: London Fashion Week, Westfield Indulgence and Adidas fitness events

London Fashion Week, Westfield London's Indulgence events and Adidas' X-shaped fitness pop-up are all taking place over the weekend.

Kicking off this Friday London Fashion Week AW16 will see a host of brands activate, including Toni & Guy, American Express, Maybelline and Lavazza. Presenting partner Sunglass Hut will also be offering accredited guests the opportunity to personalise their LFW tote bags, in addition to receiving a customised sunglass case. Maybelline will be offering tutorials and makeup refreshers from a special lounge.

Westfield’s series of Indulgence events kicks off at Westfield London on Friday (19 February), and will take place until Sunday before it moves to the shopping centre’s Stratford location. There will be four rooms to explore, each centered around a different theme.

Adidas is to host a series of fitness events within an X-shaped pop-up space, known as The X in London’s Victoria Park, beginning today (18 February). The installation has been inspired by the brand’s PureBoost X women’s running shoe, and will offer a range of training sessions, including sunrise yoga and runs. Adidas will also hold Q&A sessions with fitness experts, supper clubs and smoothie making sessions.

Gap will be hosting the second of its weekly music events this weekend, at its flagship store on London’s Oxford Street. The pop-up, hosted in collaboration with London’s Lion Coffee & Records, will feature live music performances and unplugged sessions with singers, DJs and musicians.
