Designer Wayne Hemingway has created a pop-up eco-house for Cafédirect to serve coffees at a range of events this summer.

Hemingway, , furnished the inside of ‘The Container House', with ‘up-cycled' coffee sack covered chairs from Restore and furniture from other community recycling projects.

The structure of the building itself is made form converted shipping containers, "used in order to mirror the journey made to bring coffee from the country in which it was grown to the UK, and to emphasise Cafédirect's commitment to sustainable and environmentally-friendly sourcing".

The Cafédirect Container House visitors at summer festivals across the country between May and September, including Grand Designs LIVE, Womad and Vintage at Goodwood.
