Wallpaper.com launches fashion week section

LONDON - Wallpaper, the design magazine, is launching a Fashion Week section on its website, to boost traffic during the September fashion shows in New York, Paris, Milan and London.

The wallpaper.com fashion week coverage will go live on September 5 and will run until October 8.

The dedicated section on the will feature around the clock reports and images from the shows, plus highlights, recommendations, and blogs from four famous designers who are yet to be revealed.

Wallpaper will also publish the invitations it receives for parties and catwalks, alongside a guide to the best venues.

Kay McMahon, Wallpaper, digital director, said: "Wallpaper readers and visitors to wallpaper.com are passionate about fashion, so this authoritative new fashion feature will be a welcome addition to the website."

Wallpaper.com was launched in June 2004. IPC headhunted McMahon in May, previously the editor of handbag.com, to ramp up the site.
