The redesign, at Victoria, Paddington, Charing Cross and Manchester Piccadilly, has been handled by retail design specialist Creative Action Design.
Stuart Turner Cummins, Vodafone's special projects manager, said that the aim of the redesign was "to provide the commuter with great service within a limited time period with easy accessibility to the right product".
The new stores include customer service telephones and self service facilities, to help customers avoid queues. The design is also aimed at reflecting the travelling environment, with plasma screens featuring product updates.
Ian Silverstein, Creative Action managing director, said: "Technology, service and a high degree of user friendly self-service products will streamline the experience, helping rather than hindering the commuter's personal journey."
The stores are due to open within the next two weeks.
