The service will be rolled out this Autumn and will be accessible through Virgin's catch-up service, available to its TV subscribers.
The Living Player will offer a seven-day catchup service for all of the channel's key content, including Criminal Minds, Ghost Whisperer, Grey's Anatomy, Four Weddings, The Hoff: When Scott Came to Stay, and Most Haunted.
It will also showcase the channel's library of commissions and acquisitions.
Living HD will also launch this year and its content will be made available on the on-demand platform. Virgin eventually plans to extend the service online.
