Below that are three floors of small rooms with internal terraces and en-suite bathrooms each accommodating around 10 guests. The main events space is located on the next floor down; a large, 279sqm open plan space, which breaks off into a dining room/lounge area and kitchen, and can hold around 80 people standing. There is also underground parking, a loading area from street level, and a small outdoor courtyard.
