Everett has 20 years' experience working on branding for major television networks, including working on the ABC branding package that ran from 1998 to 2002.
He has most recently worked as on a freelance basis, and has been involved with Troika in some capacity since it was founded in 2001.
Other projects he has worked on include 'Martha Stewart Living' and the 13-episode Living TV series 'Around the World in 80 Homes'.
Troika was founded by Dan Pappalardo, executive creative director and a former colleague of Everett's at design agency Pittard Sullivan, along with Mark Bohman and Chuck Carey.
The agency has been retained to work on the branding for the launch of CW, the first primetime television network in the US to emerge for 10 years. The channel will launch in September.
Other networks it has worked for include ABC, Fox, ESPN, E! Entertainment and the Food Network.
