Jorian Murray, a founding partner of Dye Holloway Murray, is leaving the agency to join Euro RSCG 4D as the global brand director on its Volvo account and will manage a new cross-agency team called Team Volvo, based in Amsterdam. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Inferno, the integrated agency, has appointed the former TBWA\London deputy executive creative director Al Young as its executive creative director. Young, who joins Inferno next month, will head the agency's 25-strong creative department. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Beattie McGuinness Bungay is setting up a social media division called BMB Social. The London School of Economics social psychology lecturer Dr Asi Sharabi has been hired to head the new division. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Abbott Mead Vickers BBDO has boosted its planning department by hiring VCCP's head of planning, Michael Lee, alongside four other senior strategists. Lee, who worked at VCCP for seven years, joins AMV as a planning director. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

McCann Erickson Birmingham has hired Gray Dudek as managing director of McCann-i, its digital arm, to expand its social media offering. Dudek joins from RBH, a West Midlands-based agency, where he was digital director. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Mark Sinnock, former marketing director at UK supermarket chain Asda, has taken up the role of planning director at Ogilvy & Mather Asia Pacific. Sinnock has previously worked at Ogilvy & Mather London. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Marketing

The HMV Group has named Graham Sim as its first group marketing director, working across the HMV and Waterstone's brands. Sim was previously marketing director for HMV and takes up his new role today. ()

Nestlé has appointed Jane Aldridge to the new role of head of marketing for Nescafé, as part of a wider reshuffle. Aldridge, currently the company’s confectionery marketing manager, will report to food and beverage managing director Bernard Paternot. ()

Pizza Hut's UK marketing chief Murray Willows is leaving his role to join parent company Yum! Restaurants International. Chris Tebben, who is currently marketing director at Pizza Hut, will be promoted to the role of chief marketing officer when Willows leaves. ()

Media

Mark White, managing director of Five, is to leave the broadcaster along with chief executive Dawn Airey and up to 80 staff. Sales director Kelly Williams is to stay at the broadcaster, working closely with Stan Myerson. Channel controller Richard Woolfe, director of strategy Charles Constable and director of corporate affairs Sue Robertson will leave the company on 31 August. Director of finance David Hockley, director of legal Paul Chinnery, and head of HR Natasha Adams will leave the business along with White and Airey on 31 October. Jeff Ford, director of digital channels and acquisitions, will take on additional responsibility for the main channel as programme director of Five Channels. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

UKTV has poached Darren Childs, the BBC Worldwide Channels managing director, to be its new chief executive. Childs will start his new post in September, replacing David Abraham who stepped down in April to take the top job at Channel 4. ()

MEC has recruited Paul Hutchison, managing partner of Aegis agency Vizeum, as a client service director. Hutchison will join MEC in October as one of five client service directors who, between them, oversee the agency's client relationships. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

We R Interactive, the new online games publisher, has appointed Arianne Riddell as commercial director. Riddell, who joins from BBC Magazines, will report to We R Interactive's founder Tom Thirwall. ()

IPC Media owner Time Inc has confirmed the appointment of Jack Griffin as its new chief executive. Griffin will join the company at the end of September, replacing Ann Moore as chief executive. ()

Viacom-owned MTV Networks International has promoted Dave Sibley, managing Director of MTV Networks Australia & New Zealand, to the position of executive vice-president and managing director of Viacom Brand Solutions International. Sibley replaces Kevin Razi who has left the company. ()

Business news channel CNBC has appointed Torsten de Riese as digital director for the EMEA region. De Riese will be responsible for leading syndication deals for online and mobile, developing and monetising CNBC products. ()
