McCann Worldgroup has appointed David Kisilevsky, the outgoing Burger King vice-president of marketing for EMEA, to the new role of sub-regional director, Central Eastern Europe. Based in London, Kisilevsky will report to Brett Gosper, the chief executive of McCann Worldgroup EMEA. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

MRM London's managing partner Olly Foot has left the agency after a year in the role, to join Carlson Marketing as managing director. Foot will take over from Carlson Marketing's current managing director, John Hiney. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Mark Creighton, former managing director of i-level, is joining Mindshare in the new role of chief operating officer. Creighton had worked at i-level from 2003 until financial problems resulted in its liquidation in May. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)

Clear Channel UK has promoted Simon Wardell to the position of sales controller from his previous post of head of the out-of-home (OOH) company's innovation division, Create. He reports to group sales director, Steve Atkinson. ()

IPC has appointed Tara Whitaker as its first digital programme director, to focus on strategic initiatives across the company. IPC publishes websites for brands such as Marie Claire, NME, Nuts and Wallpaper. ()

OMD has appointed Oliver Stroh and Damian Winstanley as joint managing directors of OMD's international unit in the UK. The pair will report to Peter Magnani, director of international clients for OMD EMEA. (±±¾©Èü³µpk10)
