The '±±¾©Èü³µpk10 for Happiness', which starts today, encourages users to carry out acts of happiness that TopTips.com posts on its Twitter page each day.
Users are asked to report back to TopTips.com to reveal whether the acts worked.
Each day a new task will feature on the TopTips.com Twitter page. Today's is "Think of a compliment you would like to receive and act in a way that deserves it".
Users can also share their own top tips on how to be happy, as several celebrities already have.
Top Gear presenter Jeremy Clarkson said: "My idea of happiness is sharing a car with two Everton supporters after the Cup final."
Tory leader David Cameron suggested swimming at dawn on an empty Cornish beach, while Nick Clegg, leader of the Liberal Democrats, said: "Peanut butter and jam on toast."
To be happy, Italian fashion designer Donatella Versace said: "Wear a fabulous smile, great jewellery and know that you are totally and utterly in control."
Journalist Kate Reardon, owner of TopTips.com, said: "The '±±¾©Èü³µpk10 for Happiness' is all about reminding people that we're here for a good time not for a long time.
