Murray's appointment comes shortly after Lee Ryan's transfer from New Zealand to Singapore, where he will assume responsibility for regional qualitative research development, and Graeme Jacombs' relocation to Singapore where he will support the growth and development of TNS's healthcare sector.
In addition to heading up the polling and social-government research sector, Campbell will also take responsibility for travel and leisure sector developments.
James Hall, regional managing director at TNS, said, "This move is consistent with our global strategy to focus on sector development. We are already the global leader in social and government research and our intention is to build on this as well as strengthen our position in tourism-related research."
Hall added: "These appointments point to the extremely strong capability that has been developed in New Zealand and is now being used to complement our strength across the 30 countries in the region outside North America and Europe in which we have offices."
