Graduates are given the opportunity to learn how to effectively manage projects and develop their overall marketing communications skills. Nicola Marshall, Michael Bentley and Kaye MacKay are the latest candidates to be recruited as graduate account executives.
Marshall has been appointed to provide support to the teams who work on the Central Office of Information and the Royal Air Force accounts. She graduated this summer with a BA Honours degree in French and Spanish from Cardiff University.
Bentley has joined the client services team to work across a range of accounts including Guinness, Arriva Trains Wales and ±±¾©Èü³µpk10 Against Living Miserably.
He graduated with a BA degree in marketing from the University of Huddersfield. He completed his placement at the Co-operative Group Manchester.
In addition, Kaye MacKay has been recruited to work on Nissan Europe and Nissan GB. MacKay studied at the University of Aberdeen and gained a Master of Arts degree in Management Studies (MA Hons).
Chris Freeland, client services director, said: "Each year our graduate scheme has become more and more structured, with 2007 seeing a formal comprehensive programme of training put in place. DM is becoming a much more recognised career, particularly with the development of online marketing within the industry.
"We welcome the opportunity to invest, nurture and grow talent within the agency, so they in time can manage their own clients and help to increase revenue."
