Moug joined Titan Outdoor UK shortly after Titan entered the UK market through the purchase of Maiden Outdoor in 2006. He was initially appointed as joint managing director with Alison Reay, and then managing director after her departure in June 2007.

Moug first worked in outdoor at TDI Advertising, Titan Outdoor chairman Bill Apfelbaum's previous outdoor media company, which later became Viacom and is now CBS Outdoor, and he also worked at Adshel, now part of Clear Channel Outdoor.

At Titan, Roker was responsible for inventory, campaign management, sales operations, servicing and IT. She joined Titan Outdoor from JCDecaux in 2007 where she held a number of posts over 17 years in sales, operations, client services and IT.

Since January,JCDecaux has started to integrate the two businesses. When the 600-strong work force of JCDecaux is combined with 100 former Titan employees, it is understood that there are likely to be around 20 fewer jobs.

At the beginning of March, JCDecaux entered into a month-long consultation period with affected staff members. The former Titan employees are due to move into the JCDecaux offices by the end of the month.

Titan Outdoor had been in talks with a number of parties since last autumn, when it emerged that parent company TO Holdings was struggling to repay its significant global bank debt.

A management buyout failed to raise the financial backing to ensure the independent future of the company and JCDecaux emerged as the preferred bidder with a materially higher offer.

The deal was structured as a pre-packaged sale out of administration on 18 January, after Titan formally entered into administration earlier that day, and JCDecaux took over the majority of Titan Outdoor's UK advertising inventory.

Jon Slatkin, former chief executive of Titan Outdoor, left JCDecaux at the end of January.
