It is the first time that Sky News has supplied an online newspaper with video news. also shows footage from Fox News, another of Murdoch's media brands, and Reuters.
Visitors to the Times site will be able view headlines, show business news and weather videoclips.
The deal will also include the Times Online and Sky News Online sharing content.
Matt Walsh, multimedia editor for Times Online, said: "Sky News' range of video and authoritative reporting of breaking news will undoubtedly enrich the experience of users of Times Online."
Sky News is using Roo TV to stream its video content.
