Three apologies on behalf of its customers for sending annoying holiday pictures in a humorous TV ad created by Wieden & Kennedy London. A spokesman for the mobile operator says sorry to anyone who has received mountains of tedious holiday texts and pictures – such as "hotdog legs" – from its customers. The spot promotes the company’s "feel at home" deals, which allow people to use their phone abroad cheaply. It is supported by online films and outdoor posters. The work was written by Anthony Atkinson, art directed by Greg Kouts and directed by Ric Cantor through Hungry Man. Audio production was by Finger Music & Sound Design.
