The mobile network Three has released a TV campaign by Wieden & Kennedy London to promote its 321 pay-as-you-go tariff. It features a pug dog wearing a knitted birthday-cake hat along with the tagline: "Pay as you go just got serious." The spot will be supported by video-on-demand, outdoor, print and digital executions. It was created by Caroline Riis and directed by The Sniper Twins through Smuggler.
