The USP of this new online food delivery service, which can be used for events, meetings and regular staff lunches, is that it works with some of the capital’s most exciting pop-ups, chefs, delis and street food vendors. With 88 traders under its belt, City Pantry can provide a range a food from the likes of Grill My Cheese, Herman Ze German, LeCoq, Mother Clucker, Zoe's Ghana Kitchen and Wild Game Co.
Since its launch earlier this year, City Pantry has seen sales grow by 29% each month, and it has supplied its services to Google, Buzzfeed and Spotify.
The Countess of York
Launching in January 2015, York’s National Railway Museum has , which can serve up to 24 guests. Caterer Levy Restaurants will be serving afternoon tea during museum hours and hosting corporate and private dining events in the evenings in The Countess of York. The interior will feature tailor-made china, Edwardian décor and elegant furniture. Guests will be served by staff dressed as vintage stewards to add to the experience.
Lick Me I’m Delicious
From chocolate cookie mist to liquid nitrogen ice cream, the quirky catering concept was created by food inventor Charlie Harry Francis. He has come up with a number of new contraptions and ideas during 2014 to add another dimension to events, including the , a jellybean waterfall and the olfatic dog nose, which allows participants to improve the flavour of their food when soaked in warm water and worn for ten minutes prior to eating.
