WINNER: Harbour & Jones Events
This award is no doubt the cherry on top in what has been a celebratory year for Harbour & Jones. The company, which champions local produce and cooking food in season, is ten years old this year.
In April it launched Upfront, focusing on front-of-house services such as customer service training and event management, further enhancing its dedicated event management arm Harbour & Jones Events.
In addition to its off-site services, it runs the restaurant at St Paul's Cathedral and The Vaults Restaurant at RSA House. Event highlights included two dinners at the Cutty Sark to mark the opening of the 2013 World Travel Market; a Scandinavian-themed DMC event at St Paul's with four themed food stations; and the launch of its own awareness-raising Save the Orchards campaign at RSA House.
