Flora’s giant plant-covered diplodocus will take over Westfield Stratford City until 4 April. The creation – which is 13 metres long – aims to get kids eating their greens by showing them how the world’s biggest animals ate a plant-based diet. Those who visit the Florasaurus can get a photo with the beast and take part in activites created in partnership with the Eden Project. After Westfield, it will visit the Trafford Centre in Manchester from 7-10 April.

When: 25 March to 4 April

Where: Westfield Stratford City, Olympic Park, Montfichet Rd, London E20 1EJ

Leeds’ rotating bar changes its theme with the seasons, hence the arrival of spring kicks off its three-month partnership with gin brand Tanqueray No. 10. Named Old Tom’s Gin Kitchen, the pop-up will pay homage to mother's ruin with a gin-inspired menu that includes juniper cured salmon and botanical cocktails. Tanqueray No. 10 has also installed a hand-cranked imperial shaker on the bar, which will stock a variety of high-end spirits including Fords Gin and Bulldog Gin.

When: 30 March until the end of June.

Where: The Hedonist Project, 156 Briggate Leeds, West Yorkshire LS9 8FQ

EE has unveiled a new app, Light the Arch, to help teach kids the basics of coding. After programming their own light display on Wembley Stadium's arch, children can submit their designs to EE by Sunday (27 March) for the chance to see them light up the stadium during next Tuesday's (29 March) football match between England and the Netherlands.

When: 29 March

Where: Wembley Stadium, Wembley, London HA9 0WS
