Jaywing, the data division of the Digital Marketing Group will work alongside Inbox, the group's digital agency. it will use the Digital Brain programme to manage Thomas Cook's data while Inbox develops a microsite and an email campaign.
Thomas Cook aims to target existing customers as well as prospects with its new marketing strategy. Mark Nancarrow, managing director of Thomas Cook Financial Services, said: "We are delighted to have Jaywing on board. The team is both professional and determined in its desire to deliver results".
Laith Clark, client services director for Inbox said: "The microsite aims to help people get organised in preparation for their holiday. Once someone has booked a holiday with Thomas Cook they will be sent an email with a link to the site. They will then receive alerts in the form of a count down to their holiday, offering advice on insurance and holiday money."

Both companies will work alongside Thomas Cook's internal financial services product team and its cross-business marketing team, as well as working with Thomas Cook's marketing agencies on the development of specific campaigns.
