Taking place on the third floor at the centre, in the Fleming, Whittle and Benjamin Britten rooms, the show will feature in excess of 250 varieties of wines from over 14 countries.
Members of the public will be able to learn about, taste and buy wine, with tickets costing £7-£12 per person. Organiser Cube Communications is hoping to attract over 3,000 visitors.
Sue Etherington, commercial director of the QEIICC said: "The centre does not host many purely consumer focused events. The Tesco Wine Fair is the perfect event to showcase both the flexibility of the venue and the ease of use that our central London location brings to consumer events. This is a fabulous event for the centre to be involved with following our Olympic "Casa Italia" occupation in the summer which also attracted a huge public interest."
The Tesco Wine Fair runs throughout September and October and will also be held in Manchester, Bristol, Brighton and Edinburgh.
