The move follows a competitive pitch between Vizeum, which already handles the £2.4m offline business, and Teletext's digital incumbent The Search Works.
Last year, Teletext Holidays generated about £800m worth of holiday bookings via its website and TV service, representing nearly 10% of all overseas holidays sold in the UK.
Aegis-owned Vizeum will take full responsibility of the consolidated account from the start of May.
Ash Makkar, marketing director of Teletext Group, said: "It makes sense to have everything under one roof and Vizeum's ability to provide us with an integrated perspective means it is best able to help us deliver marketing efficiencies right now."
Eleven million people are reported to access the Teletext TV text service every week on Freeview, Sky and on the analogue TV service behind ITV1, Channel 4 and Five.
Stuart Newman, managing partner at Vizeum, called it "a great win", which he believes endorses a trend for search to be planned in conjunction with all media.
He added: "Search essentially harvests the demand driven by all communications and should, therefore, not be planned in a silo."
Vizeum has held the offline Teletext business since 2003. Teletext's creative account will continue to be handled by CHI & Partners.
