Telegraph to launch London property supplement

LONDON - The Daily Telegraph is launching a weekly supplement aimed at property buyers in London and the South East.

London Property, published on Thursdays, will include information on market trends, investment opportunities and analysis of the property market in London and south-east England. The first issue appears on March 16.

Richard Holledge, editor of the supplement, said: "London Property will get under the skin of the market in the city and South East in a way that has not been done by a national newspaper before."

The Telegraph has strengthened its classified team with the new title. Suzy Cashman takes the role of classified sales manager for property. She was previously group head of The Sunday Times public appointments and The Times public agenda supplements. Craig D'Mello joins from The Independent as property group head.

Alex Foster, classified sales director, said: "With the restructured department and our close working relationships with editorial, we are better placed to provide excellent customer service to all our clients and I'm delighted to have such an enthusiastic and talented team in place."

London Property will have a circulation of 400,000 across London and south-east England, stretching as far as Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, Cambridgeshire and Suffolk.
