The Omnicom-owned direct and data-focused shop pitched against three undisclosed agencies in a process managed by the client.

In addition to creating an offline and online campaign to acquire members for the new golf and leisure programme, the agency will be responsible for developing its brand identity.

Nick Read, the marketing director at DeVere Hotels, said: "What made TBCH stand out way above the other agencies was not only its strong creative but their ability to demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of our brand and vision for the concept."

DeVere is part of The MWB and Alternative Hotels Group and holds 12 hotels and 30 venues, which focus on conferences, meetings and training.

Steve Group, Targetbase Claydon Heeley's UK chief executive, said the win was a fantastic opportunity to develop a totally integrated solution.
