Reporting to Talk Talk group commercial director Tristia Clarke, Streatfeild was previously a consultant at McKinsey & Co advising on marketing and strategy issues for companies in the consumer, retail, and telecoms sectors.

At TalkTalk, she will be responsible for brand campaigns, direct marketing and consumer insight.

The move follows the departure of two senior Talk Talk marketers: marketing director Dominic Stinton who recently left to join VCCP; and TalkTalk Group head of marketing David Pagliari.

Tristia Clarke, formerly chief marketing officer at Best Buy Europe, moved over to a commercial role at TalkTalk this month.

TalkTalk recently launched a TV campaign promoting myTalkTalk, a new phone and broadband product that lets customers pay for only what they want. It has also responded to the current economic uncertainty by launching an Emergency Plan to help customer facing financial difficulties.
