LONDON - Market research company Synovate has appointed Steve Wolf as commercial director of its global qualitative division.

Synovate has also promoted Steve Hales to head of clients for global qualitative, where he will manage a team of global insight directors.

He will move to his new position during the next two months, from his current role as the company's head of research in the UK.

In addition, Sue Phillips has been named training and development director of global qualitative. Phillips has 23 years experience as a qualitative researcher, spanning across markets in Singapore, Hong Kong and the UK.
