Suzuki uses Blondie soundtrack to position Alto model as 'fun'

LONDON - Suzuki is launching a pan-European campaign to promote its Alto car brand that attempts to position driving as fun rather than functional.

The TV ad uses the Blondie track ‘One way or another' and shows a game where drivers set out at point ‘A' and try to find their way to point ‘B' using the Alto to nip in and out of city traffic. The endline is ‘the new Suzuki Alto - The perfect way from A to B'.

The TV ad will run throughout Europe and will be supported by press and poster advertising, web activity and direct mail.

The campaign breaks in the UK today and was created by Nexus/H.
