Gill, will now focus more time on his Concerto Group business development and marketing roles.
Lawrence has been taking an increasing responsibility for the management of The Ultimate Experience over the past 12 months.
"This appointment is a natural progression for him (Lawrence), having been at the heart of this growing company over the past 15 years," said Gill.
"I am very much looking forward to developing and growing the business over the next few years and we have exciting projects to look forward to, including a record Christmas season in 2010, the new summer marquee project at the Tower in June 2011, and the inaugural Irish Festival in March 2011," said Lawrence.
