Sony hires agency for CRM account

LONDON - Sony UK has appointed HS&P to manage its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activity, following a pitch.

HS&P, which specialises in relationship marketing, will work on the newly-created account comprising of online and offline CRM activity across Sony's UK consumer electronics division.

Andy Hazel, head of CRM at Sony UK, hopes that the work will bring Sony closer to customers in a measurable way.

HS&P recently merged with digital agency Crayon to enable the agency to have a wider digital offering. Sony's brand advertsing is currently held by Fallon with TBWA\London handling the Sony Centres business.
