The two companies will be offering exclusive hospitality packages at six weekend concerts, between 5 and 14 July, ranging from private suites to garden hospitality, with food based on a British summer fayre theme.
Concepts will include live cookery stations, a variety of street food outlets, and a fresh fish counter featuring dishes such as London smoked gravlax and Cromer crab.
Alex Beaumont, Sodexo’s head of events, said: "It is fantastic to be part of what will, no doubt, be an incredible event for London. We intend to provide great food and service to complement the fantastic music.
"The inspiration for our food concepts is a celebration of the British summer fayre with its colours, tastes, fun and street party atmosphere."
Steve Brice, vice president of premium seating in Europe for AEG, added: "We are delighted to be partnering Sodexo for weekend hospitality. Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park takes everything we have learned indoors at our other venues and shares it within the world's greatest outdoor venue, Hyde Park.
"We have created what we believe to be the ultimate in summer events - fantastic music, great food, drinks, farmers’ markets, theatre, film and much more incredible entertainment across a full ten days."
Sodexo and AEG Live revealed more than 7,000 people are expected to be entertained in hospitality suites and food courts at Barclaycard presents British Summer Time Hyde Park.
