Created by McCann Manchester and set to the tune of Beyonce鈥檚 If I Were a Boy, 鈥淚f you were a toy, what would you be鈥 follows a young child as he ponders what his life would be like if he were made of plastic.
Calamity ensues as the wider world also turns into toys, with appearances from Mario and The Mandalorian鈥檚 Baby Yoda.
JD Sports bagged second spot with聽in-house ad 鈥#JDWonderland鈥, which features a plethora of celebrities including Anthony Joshua, Rita Ora, Michael Dapaah and Maya Jama.
It is聽followed by Aldi鈥檚 E.T.-inspired spot聽in third place, making the home of Kevin the Carrot the highest-ranked supermarket on the list.
Then comes Sports Direct鈥檚 鈥Sports starts here鈥, which includes a cameo from Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson.
YouTube鈥檚 Ads Leaderboard is a measure of the most "engaging" ads on the platform, and is determined by an algorithm that factors in watch time, organic views and audience retention.
Despite John Lewis & Partners topping YouTube鈥檚 festive leaderboard for the past three years, the brand's effort this year, 鈥Give a little love鈥 (alongside sister brand Waitrose & Partners)聽ranked fifth.
It was followed by Argos鈥 鈥An evening with AbracaDaisy & the incredible Lucy鈥 and the winner of this year鈥檚 Unruly Christmas ranking, Disney鈥檚 鈥From our family to yours鈥.
Walkers landed eighth spot, followed by 厂补颈苍蝉产耻谤测鈥檚 鈥Gravy song鈥 and M&S Food鈥檚 festive ad featuring Academy Award-winner Olivia Colman.
Last year听鈥Excitable Edgar鈥 outperformed 厂补颈苍蝉产耻谤测鈥檚 鈥Nicholas the sweep鈥 to become the UK鈥檚 favourite festive ad of 2019.
