Smyle will be responsible for designing the interior and exterior of the area, which will welcome 1,300 VIP guests over the three days.
"After the initial success of this new event last year, Smyle is proud to have been chosen to take the VIP area to the next level, using our unrivalled experience with hosting polo events that have won Event and Eventia awards over the last few years," said Smyle managing Rick Stainton.
"This is very much an enhanced polo format, with a lot of revisions to the traditional game so as to be more spectator friendly - it is a very exciting opportunity for Smyle to develop a long term relationship with Polo in the Park."
Smyle will also be working alongside Harrods, which is catering in the pitch side VIP enclosure, and Getty Images.
