The agreement means Showsec now operate at major festivals stretching the length of the UK, from the Isle of Wight to Kinross in Scotland where T in the Park is held.
T in the Park celebrated its 20th anniversary last summer and regularly attracts 85,000 music lovers per day, making it the largest music event in Scotland.
This year’s event, from 11-13 July, features a line-up including Arctic Monkeys, Pharrell Williams, Calvin Harris, Ellie Goulding and Bastille.
Showsec director Mark Logan said the contract strengthens the company’s position in the market. "T in the Park has earned iconic status and become widely recognised as one of Europe’s largest festival-style events," he commented.
"We now cover the United Kingdom from Bestival on the Isle of Wight to T in the Park north of the border with Wireless Festival, Download Festival, V Festival, Creamfields and Parklife the stepping stones along the way," he added.
Colin Rodger, head of event management and production at DF Concerts and Events, said: "Not only is T in the Park Scotland’s biggest and most successful music festival, it has long been recognised as one of the best organised events in Europe with quality and professionalism at its core.
"We look forward to working with Showsec to continue to uphold these standards to the highest levels over the next three years."
