In November the company generated income of £400,000 and in January this figure rose to £500,000.
Converso said that it had been particularly successful in the retail sector where its clients include shirt makers TM Lewin and Charles Tyrwhitt.
Ben Krempel, Converso's business development director, said that the success was due to an increase in demand for outsourced services including customer service management, telemarketing, loyalty and up-selling campaigns.
He said: "In the current climate companies are looking to reduce their fixed costs but are still tasked with achieving the same sales targets. Outsourcing is the perfect way of minimising your internal overheads and drawing on a resource that is economical and delivers measurable results.
"In the past six months our pilot campaigns have been very popular allowing organisations to trial the effects of outsourcing first. Due to the success of these projects many of these have now turned into long-term business. We have also seen a trend from established customers to use more and more outsourced services particularly as internal resources are stretched."
In the run up to Christmas Converso worked with a number of retailers to manage the additional sales with some campaigns running around the clock.
Converso said that it processed just under 12,000 additional orders for a web-based mail order company which used its services to supplement their own in-house contact centre. This generated approximately £300,000 additional revenue.
