Setanta Sports, which paid £392m for the rights to exclusively screen 46 Barclays Premier League games for three years from the 2007-2008 season in May 2006, will share coverage of the league with Sky Sports, which will show 92 games next season.
Scott formerly worked at ITV and was the presenter of 'The Goal Rush' between 2001 and 2003. McManaman recently retired from football after a career spent at Liverpool and Real Madrid, where he was a Champions League winner.
They will front the broadcaster's Saturday night 5.15pm and Monday night 8pm kick offs. Setanta Sports said that football fans would miss up to 40% of the Premiership's top matches if they did not sign up for its coverage next season.
